SFAI Cup ⚽️
In the SFAI Cup, our boys U16 team lost narrowly to Castlebar Celtic. Town had plenty of chances, especially in the first half, but just couldn’t convert. After conceding against the run of play, Town equalised but conceded two in quick succession. A second Town goal set up a grandstand finish. Castlebar cleared off their line in the dying seconds and progressed to the next round. Town now enter the SFAI Trophy.
Goal scorers – Aaron Miley, Eoin Naughten.
Best Wishes ☘️
We wish Lucas a speedy recovery as he suffered an unfortunate fall in the second half against Castlebar. An energetic and skilful player, we hope to see him back on the pitch again soon.
SFAI Trophy ⚽️
