Premier Cup Success 🏆
On Thursday evening, our boys Town 1 U16 team fought back to beat league winners Skyvalley Rovers under the Lecarrow lights to win the Premier Cup. Despite dominating the game, Town found themselves two down. After a fine team move, Aaron Miley slotted home to cut the deficit. Skyvalley went 3-1 ahead in the second half. Still, Town kept playing. Eoin Naughten set up Miley to power home his second. Captain Ethan Turkington then curled home a cracking goal to level the game. Then, with time almost up, Eoin Naughten netted the winning goal to spark wild celebrations. A well deserved win. Well done to the lads and the coaches.
Well Done – U7s & U9s 👏
Well done to our boys and girls U9 teams who participated in the annual blitz in Shiven. Plenty of games, goals scored and skills on show. Our 7s brought the curtain down on their season on Wednesday evening. Credit to the players and coaches for their commitment this season and to the parents for their support on and off the pitch.
