On the Pitch ⚽️🥅
On Monday evening last, our Town 1 U14 side lost away from home. An injury to a key player and a red card turned the game. Jacob Szela scored a great goal for Town. Our young Town 2 team lost to Shiven.
On Tuesday evening, all three of our boys 12s teams were in action. Town 1 and 3 lost. After defeating Dysart last weekend, Town 2 have reached the Cup quarterfinal after a comfortable win in Moore. Michael Morchaya (3), Michael Walsh and Cian Healy netted. 📸 Our girls U12 team lost out to Castlerea on Wednesday evening. Aimee Burke scored for Town. 📸
On Thursday evening, our Town 1 U16 side hosted St Cuan’s in the Cup quarterfinal. Eoin Naughten scored a hat trick as the lads sealed a semifinal place. Town 2 were very unfortunate to lose on penalties in Lecarrow. 📸 The feast of football continues this weekend. The boys 11s EL and CL 1 teams are in action on Friday evening. The boys and girls 7s and 9s play on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Our boys 18s welcome Cloonfad in the Cup on Saturday evening.

Speaking of paint, the picnic benches are looking great. Thanks to those who painted and to Treacy Decor for sponsoring. 📸
