Kick Off ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Our boys U11s kick the new season on Friday evening. More games are scheduled this weekend and next week for our boys and girls teams – depending on weather and pitch playability. ⛅️🌧
We wish all teams well as they commence their competitions and we hope all get enjoyment and education this season when togging out for the Town. Have fun and learn.
Registration & Communication📱🗣
Player registration has increased in 2024. This reflects the good work being done in the club. However, the objective of getting better every year is ever present. Each age group in the boys and girls sections has a lead coach and these individuals are the first points of contact for parents. Most teams are now using polls within WhatsApp groups to capture numbers for training sessions and matches this season.
Allez the lads! 🇫🇷⚽️🏆
Well done to the RDYSL U13 team who won the Mediterranean Cup in France recently. The Town was represented by Jonathan Greene and Samuel Godfrey. Well done lads. Great achievement. We are proud of you! See photo below 📸
Red to Racism 🟥
Players, parents and coaches participated in the Easter parade recently. It was an enjoyable experience for all. This year, our theme was ‘Red to Racism’ as we raised awareness about this important issue in soccer, sport and society. We are a multicultural club within the community so the theme was particularly relevant. Football is for all and respect for all is at the core of our club.

Eid Mubarak 🎉🎉🎉
Eid Mubarak to the Muslim members in our club, especially our players. Fasting and playing during Ramadan shows commitment to their club and their faith. Enjoy the celebrations.
Coach Education 📚⚽️
A number our coaching department were present for a recent coaching workshop facilitated by the RDYSL Academy. Lots of learning and reflection for them. Thanks to Aedan for organising the session.
Thank you 👏👏
We thank our loyal and committed coaches for their efforts and our sponsors for their support of youth soccer in our community.
