Cup Success 🏆
Our boys U18 team defeated Moylough in the Divisional Cup Final. Town were dominant in the first half but were denied on numerous occasions by the Moylough keeper. In the second half, Leo Anic netted a brace to set Town on their way. Zawyal Khan slotted home a third before birthday boy Enzo Bueno hit two more to seal the win. Town had a young team this season and were competitive throughout, reaching two finals. Thanks to Mick, John Hannon and Robert who managed the 22 man squad this season. See team photo below. 📸
Thank You 👍
A sincere word of thanks to our parents, coaches, committee members and sponsors who have done so much to enable our young people to participate, grow and to express themselves on the pitch this season. Many of our teams have won silverware. However, a successful season is much more than the silverware won. Positivity, participation and progression are integral in the development of each player. A word of thanks also to Padraic Clarke (RDYSL) and to Kyle McNabola (FAI) for their efforts and cooperation.
Obrigado 👍
Our friends in Nations Futebol Club played our U14 Atletico team in a challenge match in Lisnamult. Thanks to the players for an enjoyable game and to Atila and Alastair for managing the teams. Football was the winner. See photos below. 📸
